This policy covers the Provra marketing website at provra.io. The Provra product application at app.provra.io is governed by the privacy terms presented inside the app. This site processes no payments and stores no customer product data.

What we collect

We collect personal data only when you submit it through one of our forms (book a demo, contact, or waitlist). That is the name, email address, optional company name, and any message you choose to send. Submissions are processed by SimpleForm, our form provider, which may record the submitting IP address to detect and rate-limit spam.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party advertising or social trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors or build cross-site profiles. Because no cookies are set for tracking, no cookie consent banner is required.

How we use your data

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, schedule a demo, answer questions, or contact you about the waitlist. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it except with the subprocessors that help us operate the site.

Subprocessors

We rely on Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, and analytics, and on SimpleForm to process form submissions and email them to us. See the full list on our subprocessors page. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

Retention

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up and record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you have submitted. Contact us and we will act on valid requests within a reasonable time.
